Annual Awards Night & Dinner Dance - Saturday January
21, 2006.
This is the time of year when we all get dressed in shirts and ties, very nice dresses
and we feel comfortable about bringing our significant others along to meet the
other people we play rugby with (you understand why this happens but once a year!).
Truly an enjoyable event, the evening begins with cocktails at 6:30pm, with dinner
to follow at 7:30pm. Immediately after dinner, while we enjoy coffee and desert,
the awards ceremony takes place. These awards, voted on by the coaches and the players,
recognize the contributions of various individuals to their respective teams and
to the club as a whole. Very rewarding!
So as not to disappoint, the DJ and dancing will begin approximately 10:30, and
will continue till we stop, as usual. Tickets approx. $35 per person, exact cost
still to be determined. Ticket purchase can be made by emailing here.
Super Bowl Party and Touch Football Game -
Second only to the clash that 3/4 of the the world be watching on TV, will be the
touch football clash that will take place on the soon to be frozen tundra that is
the Crusader Main Pitch! The game, which has become as much a part of our Super
Bowl party as pork rinds and cheerleaders, will kick off about 2:00pm.
Following that game, we'll head inside for a pre game party which will feature beer
and food (chili).
The big game between the NFL's best will kick off +/-06:00pm.
Rugbyman's Dinner - Friday March 31, 2006

speaker and award presentations follow a lovely meal accompanied by copious
amounts of refreshment and laughter. The most-coveted award in the club
will be presented this evening as well.
Price is $35, jackets and ties are required for the evening and as anyone who
has attended will attest, this event is not to be missed.

RSVP to ensure a spot. Payment at the door via cash or
cheque is acceptable.
Club Registration Day - 9 am Saturday, April 8, 2006
Player’s dues are the single largest source of revenue the Crusaders draw on. They

Club officials will be at the Crusaders Clubhouse Saturday April 8 from 9:00am in
an effort to answer any questions you have and to get as many Crusaders signed up
